Method C (punch) time entry

Include this file into a page in order to have it process a form.

Expected variables:

• submit: form will be processed only if this is set and different than "OK"
• punch_in: the id of a project to punch in
• punch_out: if set and punch_in is not set, punch out the current project

All punches are done on the current user.
